Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
We deliver our Products to UAE. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier. Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 3 – 7 working days. UAE Delivery Fees are FREE. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
www.pobona.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the UAE.
Return Policy
The Company does not accept returns or refunds on any products once the product is delivered to the carrier.
If a product or service offered on the Company Sites is not as described, you may return the item, as specified in Terms of Purchase.
Cancellation Policy
Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
